Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
A: All TuPapa products are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Products are not warranted against misuse or abuse, i.e. improper application.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If the product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 10% restocking fee.
Q: How will product(s) be shipped?
A: Your product(s) will be shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $500 may be shipped via other methods. Pallet orders will be shipped surface freight unless the customer pays for air freight or makes other arrangements.
Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at TuPapa.com?
A: Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or information.
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?
A: Orders are processed the day they are received and you will receive your order 3-14 days from when you place your order depending on the method of shipment.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
A: No, unless you're purchasing within California.
